Paulie’s Barbershop, a locally owned grooming spot made up of four connected suites, brought me on to produce content after seeing a reel I had created. The project included two custom reels: the first highlighting the shop’s layout and atmosphere, and the second showcasing barber skills, cuts, and client experience.
TOOLS USED
Shot on iPhone 16 Pro Max using the Blackmagic app and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Speed ramps, handheld gimbal work, and pacing were used to give the content a sharp, cinematic edge.
OUTCOME
Both reels quickly became the barbershop’s most viewed content—each earning over 2,000 views on Instagram and strong engagement across platforms. The visual storytelling helped elevate their presence and professionalism on social media.
